Linux vs windows??

Ok i have windows vista and for my web host if i choose linux would that be good or bad, would it effect my computer?? or it doesnt matter???

it has no effect on you. it matter on ur website. linux crashes much less than windows

another bad thing bout linux is that there are not alot of drivers for different kinds of devices

It will be good as its stable and bad is that it has to be configured.
