Heaven does not exist therefore having free will there is not possible. Heaven is a man made concept. It is designed for religious audiences to give them something after life. It is like a gift for them because of their praying without questioning. Heaven is just a concept to attract followers to religion. Heaven exists in peoples mind.
If you intentionally piss of God nothing happens. Because he does not exist either. The existence of God is based on belief not scientific proof. A person can believe in God,Angels,Genie (Jinn), Holy Spirit, etc but if he wants me to believe in it he has to come up with substantial proof. I don't think God has an impact in our daily life.

The short answer is "no".
If you read the Bible, there is a description of what awaits the faithful in Heaven.
According to scripture, everyone prays constantly and worships the Lord on bended knee for eternity. At some point, that will be interrupted by a war with Satan, during which many people who have made it to Heaven will be destroyed for all time.
The survivors can look forward to a continued eternity of prayer and worship afterward.
Here's the fun part. All of the prayers and worship of the Heavenly Host are converted to incense by angels, who burn them to "make a pleasing savor for The Lord".

Heaven is the ultimate freedom, so of course there is free will there, but one's will is totally bound to God, the ultimate freedom. If one still has the intention of pissing God off, I suspect heaven would thunder with the roar of His laughter, knowing He has created someone like His King David who has the Kahoonies to do such a thing.

hmmm...first off. With free will, God wouldn't be pissed at what we do since he gave us free will.
I once stated on another question that if God were to ever be pissed at what we do, that would be similar to this example of a parent and child interaction.
MOM - "You can have whatever you want for dinner. Anything you want. It's your choice. For real, anything you want to eat is ok with me.
Child - "I want ice cream! YAY!!!"
MOM - "GO TO YOUR ROOM! HOW DARE YOU CHOOSE THAT YOU FREAKIN BRAT! I NEVER WANNA SEE YOU AGAIN! EVER! GO TO YOUR NO GOOD DAD'S HOUSE IN THE GHETTO FOR ALL ETERNITY!!!"
If you understand that, then you should understand that in heaven and here on earth, the Christian based God allows you to do what you wish. It is not God who punishes you, but the consequences from your own actions will be what leads to your demise.
example:
If you wish to slap a perfect stranger, God isn't going to kick you *ss. Whether it be in heaven or not. Will he laugh as you get your *ss kicked by that stranger and quite possibly that stranger's buddies, too? I don't know, but I'd like to think he'd have a sh*t eating grin on his face while it happens.

According to some fanatics, you get into heaven if you're close enough to being a saint or extremely very good. Good is harmony- heaven is a state of harmony with the universe.

Yes this question has occurred to me too.
I do believe theres free will in heaven, but I think we will not be people who do bad things anyway: like piss God off lol
we would be people whose egos are removed, because theyre no longer physical bodies but mostly ephemeral existences with an awareness.

No free will anymore needed. We already submit to the idea that everything is going to be perfect in heaven. We do not have the desire to do wrong anymore. We live in prefect harmony. No pain and no suffering. : )
