You're going thru alot of changes right now, both emotionally, physically and mentally with new resposibilities, new challenges, and new places. It's okay to cry when you're not sure how to deal with these things, it releases the stress and helps us re-center. Be patient with yourself and your boyfriend, and your parents-you'll adjust to this new chapter in time!

Hi,
I will try to answer the question without being ambiguous. During our teenage years, it is common to experience extremes of emotions. Happy one second, sad the next, up and down. Also a sudden change in environment, like going away to college, can also cause us to feel very fraustrated.
I would recommend speaking to a counselor, if you dont feel comfortable with the school counselor make sure you shop around. The college should have a few you can pick from.
It is very important to find someone you can freely talk to who doesnt make snap judgements about you.
I wish you luck in finding balance as you pursue your dreams in college.

You just need to take time with yourself to ....JUST BREATHE! For about 3 days take time to get to know yourself and think about what changes you need to make.
Think about all the positives and the negatives and find what conclusion you come to. Learn to love yourself for who you are..in 10 years you wont even remember those people's faces from college....plus I bet you will fit in just fine. Maybe you need a little space from your boyfriend also...you dont have to spend all your time with him..that might be the problem. you need more "me" time! I am not saying leave him..but take time to yourself.Your emotions are normal..let them out.

you are looking for happiness in all the wrong places, that's why you are sad. Happiness comes from one place and one place only....inside yourself. How you choose to respond to things in your life determines your level of happiness. You can choose to be upset by your parents rules, or you can choose to accept them as they are meant for your best interests, they do love you. You can choose to be afraid of college, because it is an unknown, or you can choose to see it as a new adventure. How you choose to feel is entirely up to you. Stop relying on influences outside yourself to make you happy or sad. Choose your feelings, they are yours to choose.
Every single morning when I wake up, I choose not to anger, I choose not to allow frustration in, I choose to be happy and content in each and every day and treasure it.
You too can make the same choices.

it's just stress and a lot of things bothering you at once, just relax, go some where it's quit and peaceful and you'll feel better afterwords.like when i feel sad or annoyed, i go walk around the cemetery, i know it sounds weird, but it clears my mind.
