I LIVE IN ARIZONA AND THE HOT WEATHER MAKES ME SWEAT SO IF MY HAIR GETS DIRTY FROM THAT HOW LONG SHOULD I GO WITHOUT WASHING IT BEFORE I COLOR IT? DOES IT MATTER? OR SHOULD I JUST COLOR IT AFTER A DAY OR SO...?

It depends on how oily your scalp is. The reason one shouldn't wash one's hair immediately before dying it is that the scalp oil provides a protective barrier. If you have an oily scalp - one day ought to suffice. If you have a dry scalp then, try just rinsing your hair quickly & avoid shampooing for 2-3 days if you can stand it.

Always do a patch test to make sure you aren't allergic to the dye.

I dye my friends and my own hair atleast once a month, and We wash our hair in the morning, and dont put any product in. Then We let it dry and we go about our day, and at night, we dye it.

3 days. It will make your hair grow longer

Your hair may get sweaty but it won't smell because you colored it
