Isn't Jesus either the Son of God or a blasphemer deserving death according to Muslim Law?

Everything Jesus spoke, was the Truth.

He was without sin... and insofar as he is part of the Trinity of God which is incomprehensable... He Is of the same vine. God cannot blaspheme himself.

You threaten "Muslim Law" as if there were not One God, One Law, One Savior, and One Truth.

Bless you and may God let you see.

Well, they redefine the whole thing.

You make a good point.

The way they get around it is to say that Christians rewrote the Bible in the middle ages. But, you would have to be the most gifted genius to do that, and still have the entire 66 books still work together prophetically and doctrinally.

Islam is made-up. It was created by a very angry and selfish man in the 7th century who wanted to create his "OWN" religion. No different from David Koresh or Joseph Smith.

Surah 4:

171 O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One Allah. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender.

You might actually try reading the Qur'an. I recommend the Pickthall translation.

And just a little FYI; the Qur'an picks up where the Torah left off.

Jesus = God

&

Jesus = Son of God

...being God, Jesus can be anything, including his own son...sounds weird, but God can do anything, including what seems impossible...

Jesus said:

"all things have been committed to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him....

...that's God telling us that you can only know God through God...

Most will say He was a prophet. I don't know a Muslim who denies that, but maybe you bring up a good point.

Sometimes the truth will sound like blasphemy to the self-righteous, or legalistic listener.

But, it's still the truth.

No.

Jesus never claimed being God, or the son of God, man applied that to him (peace be upon him).

Peace.
