Strawberries
Bake the cake. Then mix up the jello mix and pour it all over the cake so it can soak in. Then put the cake in the fridge so the jello turns into jello. Pull it out after about 4 or 5 hours and frost it. Then cut up strawberrys and put them all over the top. Its really good.

1/4 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
PLACE large sheet of heavy-duty foil over half of grill grate; preheat grill to medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp. of the dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the dressing. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
GRILL chicken on uncovered side of grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese, basil and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing.
TURN chicken over; place, cooked-side up, on foil on grill. Top evenly with tomato mixture. Close lid. Grill an additional 8 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).

Heres some ideas of some of my families favorite things:
Crunchy Baked Flounder
1/2 cup panko
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
4 floundered fillets (1 1/2lb.)
Salt & Pepper
(1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mist bottom of a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine panko, Parmesan and butter in a small bowl and stir mixture well.
(2) Sprinkle both sides of flounder generously with salt and pepper. Arrange fish in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle panko-Parmesan mixture over fish. Bake until fish is cooked through and crumbs are golden, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Cherry Coke Salad
Dissolve 2-3 oz packages strawberry Jell-O in 1 1/2 C boiling water. Add 1 can Coco-Cola. Stir in 1 can (21oz) cherry pie filling. Chill until set. If you like Cherry Coke, you'll love this, plus its quick and easy.
Cherry Salad
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz)
1 carton cool whip
Mix together and chill or freeze.
Brisket
Marinate overnight in:
1/2 liquid smoke
celery salt & garlic
1/3 worchester sauce
Cook 5 horus real slow - cool. Skim - slice - add 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce and reheat.
Dianes Chicken
6 halves chicken
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 C mayo
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Mix together:
3 C crushed cornflakes
1 C Parmesan cheese
Spray cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Tangy Chicken Wings
1/2 C tomato sauce
1/4 C oil
1 envelope Good Seasonings Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
2lb chicken wings, separtated at joints, tips discarded
1/3 C cider vinegar
1 T hot pepper sauce
Mix tamato sauce, vinegar, oil, salad dressing mix, and pepper in large bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade; refrigerate. Add chicken to bowl' toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinade. Drain. Heat broilder. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 16 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved 1/4 cup marinade. Discard any remainging marinade. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
Hash Brown Casserole
2lb hash browns
1 can mushroom soup
8oz sour cream
salt & pepper
1/2 can evaporate milk
1 can chicken soup
cheese (cubed) to taste
onion, optional
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes and add Ritz crackers crumbled and 1 stick margarine. Return for 30 more minutes.
Pizza Roll
Thaw 2 loaves of frozen bread dough. Roll into rectangle. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. On 1/2 of dough place pepperoni, black olives, hamburger, cheese or your favorites pizza toppings. Fold top over fillings and seal edges. Place in 15x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees until bread dough is golden brown.
Fruit Pizza
1 roll sugar cookie dough
Spread sugar cookie dough onto pizza pan and bake as directed.
Mix together:
8oz pkg cream cheese
1 pint jar marshmellow cream
After cookie is done, spread mixture on top evenly after it is cool. Arrange any kind of fruit on top of mixture. Examples bananas, mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples or kiwis. (my kids love this & its even healthy for them)
Easy Sugar Cookies
Cream 3/4 cup sugar & 1 stick oleo. Add 1 egg and beat. Sift 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp soda, 1/4 tsp salt, and add to creamed mixture. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Make in balls the size of walnuts and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until light tan. Do Not Over Bake.
Sour Cream Cookies
1/4 C oleo melted
1 egg
1 C sugar - stir in oleo
1 C sour cream (8oz)
Mix above ingredients and add:
2 C flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
