First of all do not tell a dog OK when it is displaying bad behavior. You need to train the dog to obey the "quiet command". I guess you do not know how to train a dog just because you asked this question. Enroll in a good obedience school and they will teach you about dog behavior and how to teach your dog. Once you learn that then you will not have to ask question regarding dog behavior because you will now have the knowledge and the tools to correct bad behavior and teach good behavior.

Maybe try changing the ring. If its a cell phone you probably have many different ringers, maybe the one you have has a high frequency that hurts your pooch's ears. Sometime house phones have different rings to select or turn them down a little also. Good luck, that must be irritating!!

one way how I will do this is tell someone to call you for a couple
of times If she barks then spray her with a bottle of water. it'll
get it after a while.
