My boyfriend and I have had some trouble lately. We talked today and We both said that we like each other but since we've had other issues we are taking some time to decide where exactly we are. Which, I don't know exactly what that means so if you know, please interpret. But he said that he still wants to hang out and stuff. Well, tomorrow he has to work from 12-4 and I asked what he was doing tomorrow after work and he said nothing and that he wasn't really into fireworks which I kinda knew. I was thinking about asking if he wanted to go out for dinner. That's something friends do, right? So it wouldn't be too weird if I asked him or what? What should I do?

I personally think this is a case of the phisical love not matching up with the social (bah dont have a better way to describe it, too early in the morning). Basicly you love him phisically and that love sort of helps the other side of love.

Real life love stories arnt your cinderella tale, they need work to work, If its too much work then its probally better to avoid going back to him. You will want to though, there is always a part of you that wants to go back but going back is just going to cause more pain so better to move on.

My advice, concentrate on yourself and what bests interests you. Leave him be, he may very well have someone else he is interested in. If he hasn't told you why he needs time then he doesn't seem like he is being honest. He can/should be able to have time even when he is dating you. If he can't talk to you now and be honest, then it only seems that it will get worse as you date more. Find some friends to go out with instead and get your mind off of him and have a good time. Life is too short to spend wondering when someone will make up thier mind if they want to be a part of your life or not!

If you are taking time, then I would say NO don't ask him! Time means time away from one another to do an evaluation of the relationship. Give him a little bit of space and time.

if today you agreed to take some time, you do not invite him tomorrow. give him some freaking time, if this is what you both agreed on. but in fact it's only him who wants a freaking time, and you don't want no time, you want to be with him. too bad, it looks like he is trying to dump you. if you really into him, tell him you don't want no time and you want to be with him instead. but if you can move on, just move on, stop thinking about him, find yourself another date for tomorrow. he is dumping you and it hurts, but see if he is worth it.

If you're feeling this awkward about making plans with him. Dump him...before he dumps you. Sorry dear...little things like this should come easily to a couple with good chemistry.
