Your facts are SO wrong! Where did you get your information - from some anti-Islam web site?

First, though slavery was regulated by Islam, it was not encouraged, and a system was put in place which, if properly implemented, would lead to the abolishment of inherited slavery, though inmates might still become slaves.

Second, Saudi Arabia is not the epitome of proper adherence to Islam. Look at the lifestyles of the saudi princes. That is definitely not Islam.

Third, yes a man is permitted to marry his slave women. If he marries her, she becomes equal to his other wives, and is no longer considered a slave. And yes, a woman can own a male slave, and she may also free him from slavery and marry him if she is single. There is no class structure in Islam, the primary criteria for marriage is piousness, not wealth or social status.

Some of your analyses of the Koran are probably based on inaccurate assumptions. Anyways, I think that God is the same (there is only one God). The only thing that differs is the way different religions believe in God. God says that Islam is the only holy book that is protected from being changed, as opposed to the other religious books that have been changed. For that reason, Allah should be believed on and obeyed the way the Koran describes.

I hope this helps

Just to let you know i am a Christian. The Jewish and Christian God are the Same. Islam have a man-made god which is false. Jewish people, if they were to die today, would not go to heaven. Islam people, if they were to die today, would not go to heaven. But, you ask now how is this if the Jews and Christians have the same God. Good question, the Christinas believe God came to earth as a man and God. We believe Jesus was the perfect sacrifice without sin. Jesus shed His blood for use. Without blood there is no forgiveness of sins. The Jewish belief has animal sacrifices to cover their sins. Once God died as the person of Jesus for us, He did not aloow animal sacrifices to cover your sins anymore. As for Muslims, they believe Jesus was a prophet and not God. They believe that your good works has to outweigh the bad works. They believe in a work based religion. Christian believe salvation is a gift of God. Once we are saved though we will have evidence of it with good works, but our works do not save us.

If you are not following Jesus you are following a thief. Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10) The devil is this thief that comes up with false teachers and religions. False teachers and religions only come to steal, kill, and destroy. So this makes the devil a liar. We have already learned that Jesus is the truth. Do you want to follow a liar or the way, the truth, and the life?

i hope i answered your question. Thanks for asking this question. If anyone thinks i am wrong tell me why. May God Bless the rest of your Day!

Muslims claim to worship the God of Abraham--& to acknowledge Christ as a spokesman for God--whereas the Jews reject Christ as a fake--However this "God of Abraham seems to keep changing his rules all the time--in the Torah (OT)--is ok to stone an adulteress to death--In the NT--it's not ok--but it's ok again in the Koran--you also seem to forget that Christians justified slavery by citing the Holy Bible.

Yes, same god. Slavery is endorsed in the bible too. In Islam the reward for freeing a slave is huge.

"GOD" a spiritual power, man can only feel the effect of HIS power, man can not see HIM. As we speak different languages in different parts of the world, the same way this supernatural power is given a different name to it, according to HIM there is no such word like slavery or terrorism. Its only the ill thinking of man.

Surprise, murder and slavery are endorsed in the Bible. It is only because of unbelievers that slavery ever got outlawed.

Yes the God of the Bible, the Tanahk and of the Quran are the exact same identical God.

Allah is the personal name of God used by all Arabic speakers, whatever their religion, including Arab Christians and Jews. Jewish, Christian, or Muslim, use the word "Allah" to mean "God".
and that the irony none of us can get along.
