oh, there are sooo many ways! spinach is awesome! i like it as a salad with just some olive oil and red wine vinegar, it serves well as lettuce anywhere you would eat lettuce, and it much more vitamin full. also try making a pizza with sauce, spinach and mozzarella~yum! spinach is good as a layer in lasagna, and if you like chicken noodle soup--just add some chopped spinach for a nice taste and some extra healthy!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Butterfly as many chicken breasts as you want to cook, fill the inside with spinach mixture (chopped spinach, finely chopped mushrooms, finely chopped onion, salt pepper, garlic, parmesan cheese) the roll or seal in some way and bake for about 30 mins at 350 degrees!

I put canned spinach (without the can) in the microwave for about 90 seconds. Then I drench it in vinegar.

Also I sometimes add spinach to casseroles.

Popeye eats it straight out of the can.

Spinach is a green vegetable used as an accompaniment to main dishes, and as an ingredient in many other dishes (the term florentine in a recipe indicates the presence of spinach). Young leaves can be eaten raw in salad, tacos, and burgers. Frozen spinach goes well on pizza.

Plain cooked spinach is best served steamed or boiled in a minimum amount of water for no more than five minutes. The bulk of the leaves reduces enormously in cooking. Allow about 100 g per serving and use the biggest pan you have. Serve with lemon juice, or perhaps with salt.

Spinach is a common ingredient in Indian cuisine, where it is known as saag. Try sprinking the raw leaves with garam masala before cooking for a slighly different and low sodium alternative to salt.

Fresh spinach is good as a salad. You can use it on sandwiches too, just like lettuce. Cooked spinach makes really good lasagna. You can also make pesto sauce to pour over pasta, use in fajitas or tacos, put it on pizza, anything you could think up. Spinach is delicious!

I wash it really well...put it in a big pot and cover it with cold water...the dirt will fall to the bottom of the pot if you leave it for 10 or 20 minutes. Then I spin dry or let it "drip dry" for a while and saute it with chopped garlic in olive oil...it cooks in less than a couple of minutes. It's very tasty that way and spinach is so good for you...Popeye is right!

Spinach is very versatile. You can eat it raw, boiled or baked and it can be added to any dish you like. There are many places online to find recipes, allrecipes.com is one of my favorites.
