A wet dog nose is healthy.
Eating grass because they like their greens or have a tummy ache.
She either just has an itchy butt or might have worms.

A wet nose is normal, but a dry nose isn't necessarily bad either. Dogs eat grass when they have an upset tummy. If she is scratching or dragging her butt on the ground that would be a sign that she has worms. I would suspect that she has an upset tummy and that's why she is eating the grass. That could be do to worms or that could be do to a number of other things. I wouldn't say that is too big of a deal. Now, the scratching her butt on the ground could very well be a pretty big thing, as I said, that is most likely worms. I would suggest that you get her to the vet asap and get her treated for worms (if that's what she has). I hope your girl is feeling better soon! Good luck! : )

If her nose is moist then it means that she is healthy but if it is dripping and really wet then she probally is a little bit ill but it should clear up over time.
When they eat grass the are trying to digest the food they have already eaten (sometimes they throw it up again though)
And when they scratch their butt on the floor it means she either has worms or her anal glands are full (this means you need to take her to the vet and she will squeeze them...stand far away when this happens as it STINKS!!)

Wet nose is a good sign along with clear eyes.
Scooting on rear, means the dog is trying to realease excess fluid in the anal sacs. Not worms. If the dog does not do this they may rupture. To be safe a vet or groomer should drain them.
Eating greens is a normal thing for dogs as they need veggies too. Unfortunately when we mow the grass, the dog eats grass with sharp edges that poke the lining of the stomach causing them to vomit.

A wet nose is completely normal, as is eating grass - they do this to clear their systems out.
Scraping their bum along the floor could mean that the anal gland (common to all dogs) is full and needs emptying - this is normally not a problem - they do it themselves, usually all over your nice carpet - but can cause a very painful abcess if the dog can't clear it themsleves. It might be worth getting your vet to check if it carries on for more than a couple of days.

A healthy dogs nose is usually wet, they eat grass when they have an upset stomach and they scratch their bottoms on the floor either because it's sore or itchy - sometimes they do it when they have worms.

If your dog is eating grass then it usually means that their tummy is upset they eat the grass to help them throw up..also if your dog is scratching its butt on the floor it can mean 1 or 2 different things. Their anal glands could be full and they scratch their butts on the floor to help empty them also be sure to check and see if your dog has worms. You would be able to see what look like little pieces of moving white rice by your dogs butt or you would see what look like little pieces of white rice in their poop. If you do see worms you need to make sure to take the dog to the vet to get checked out and also get them wormed.

The dog's nose is supposed to be wet - if it is dry, it could mean she has a fever. They often eat grass if they have a tummy ache and need to throw up - the grass helps them bring it up. It could also mean she is craving some greens, like green vegetables. She scratches her rear end for the same reason you do - it itches! All dogs have anal glands up inside their rectum - her anal glands may be getting impacted and need to be cleared out. This can make her very uncomfortable. Ask your vet if this is the reason and have the vet show you how to help the dog expel her anal glands.

well your dogs nose is supposed to be wet and cold, if the have a fever it will be dry and warm (but some dogs have that when they are sleeping and its totally normal.) when she eats grass, thats just weird normal dog stuff. try to make her stop tho becuase it can mess her digestive system up. scratches her but on the floor means shes itching back there or possible worms. call up your vet to get some more sypotoms of worms!!
