Well the bible is made up of many individual letters and books. When it says do not add or take away it is talking about the particular book. Closest example I can think of is the Star Trek trilogy. I'm sure people would be very upset if you tried to go in and change something, but they have no problem adding new movies to the set. All the new movies do is give more information. It was at the Council of Nicea (have no clue how that is spelled) that they decided what books to include in the bible. I know they wanted to sort out the false books because their was a lot of false teachings going on. I don't know if they were actually wanting a big book or just a list of inspired scriptures to teach from.

Hey Christian Mormon! I appreciate what you are doing, really I do, but you just are barking up the wrong tree. I hope you don't get a bunch of hateful responses - but if you do, please know that there are other people out here who see and know that you are doing a good thing.

There is a whole lot of misunderstanding and misinformation about Mormonism. Nobody should judge it until they study it. I have studied it, and if I ever went back to a Christian faith, I would become a Mormon. Since that will never happen, I will thank you for being an educator.

Blessed Be

Why does each faction of Christianity need to tear down other factions of Christianity? Can't you all realize that none of you are even vaguely correct since you base your absolutes off a book written two thousand years ago by goat herders.
