I'm black, i own a swimsuit, and usually buy a new one very summer. but when i go to the beach i wear shorts or a t-shirt in the water because i have stretch marks on my thighs that i don't want people to see. i like going to the beach but i don't want people to see all my imperfections. their not poor a swim suit costs like 10 or 20 dollar the may just feel more comfortable in clothes.

Like Makai, I also get dressed up when going into a pool. I usually go with a 3 piece suit. In a public pool I always wear a tie, but when going in my own pool, I usually forego the tie.

what does it matter to you? maybe they were trying to see how much water there clothes could hold,or maybe they wanted to be diffrent,or possibly bc its america and they have that right!!!!why do you use youre brain to think up stupid questions like this geez give youre brain cells to someone that will really put them to use...oh and as a white person why do we suntan, why do we listen to rap music why do we date black guys why dont we realize that its not 1950 and still the slave days!!!so why dont you try to get to know a person before you judge no matter the race. and why did or do you not go up and have the courage to ask them these questions you ponder rather than sit in front of youre computer screen and not be brave enough to ask or just sit there as they got in fully clothed and make judgements when they had the most logical answer for you...BECAUSE THEY WANT TO!!!!!

Perhaps they don't own swimsuits.
When we were little, my mom didn't allow us to swim in public pools; we didn't even know how to swim! (We were little urban rats.)
So, if we wanted to get into the water, we went without her knowledge, and fully dressed.
In the heat our clothes would dry out before we had walked all the way home.

As long as the clothes are clean, why in the world do you care? It's not hurting you if they want to wear something in the water.

Its quite possible that they had their friends used matter transporters onto them and teleported them into the pool. Since they weren't expecting to be in a pool, that would explain why they had clothes on.

I'm white and I almost always swim fully clothed. It feels more fun and natural to me, so I just prefer to!

They don't want all eyes on their very large beefs sitting nicely in speedos cuz it would take all of the attention off of your vienna sausage.
They are just helping you out homey!

It isn't a crime to be stylish when swimming.
I personally wear a tuxedo when i swim to show off my bling style.!
or in some cases it could be a matter transporter, but only people of high intelligence would know about that.
