If Jesus and God are the same person or three in one or whatever it is called.... Why the heck did he do it??? I thought God was supposed to be perfect... Why'd he screw up not once but twice???

Try not to get dizzy:

God, who is somehow himself (himself), himself( a motherless son version of himself) and himself(a ghost of himself) did not make a mistake. Christian rhetoric says that none of the him-selves created evil, but that another of him-self's inventions (Satan) somehow decided (amazingly before there was evil) that he was going to defy any of the him-selves and create evil. Himself then created men who were somehow not evil but became evil sinning things upon eating a fruit from a tree that himself left unattended but somehow his self evil powered creation seemed to like hanging around. Apparently this created some kind of debt, which leaves open the possibility there may be a himself(the bookie). So himself had to pay off this debt that he did not actually owe on behalf of his fruit eating creatures. because of some obscure rule, he could not simply absolve himself of this debt because if he let himself get away with it, than he might want to get away with it too and all him-selves would think he was a pushover. So he sent himself to die, but not really dead because he knew he would come back to life and be himself again. So, although this debt was paid to himself by himself, we still have to pay a worshiping tax to pay off the interest or we are going to hell. understand?

PS-free will is not free because there is a must worship me or else penalty involved if you don't do as told. it's in the small print

Adam and Eve had free choice. Once they sinned, they, and all humans to come, were sinners. Remember, Satan was once an angel in Heaven, who called other angels to join him and try to be more powerful than God. Thus began good and evil. To pay for the sins of Adam and Eve, Jesus died on the cross. Jesus was the only "perfect" human who ever lived, thus his sacrifice paid for the sins of the humans who choose to believe the Bible and follow his word. Does it add up? Oh, yes, it does. Adam and Eve made the choice, Jesus paid the price. WHAT a price God and his son paid.. for sinners like us. I thank God and Jesus for loving us SO very much. One day, we can all ask God any questions we don't understand fully. For now, it is by Faith that I follow his word.

Giving mankind free will was not a mistake, because without it, we would only be unloving automatons incapable of having a spiritual relationship with God. It was man's misuse of that free will that was the mistake, but God didn't make it.

Apparently you read the cliffnotes version of the Bible. Jesus was brought to Earth to be a sacrifice for Man's mistakes. And He didn't go directly back to God, His father, he went to the Devil first to "battle for our souls," so to speak. He was the sacrificial lamb. And God and Jesus represent one person, but were seperate when He was on Earth.

He didn't - He gave us free will and then once we made a total mess of things, came to save us.

We are all trinity.

Me, Myself, and I have discussed this frequently, and we all agree it is best to be three.

Furthermore I agree with what I just said.
