i saw an episode of oprah once where she was trying to do exercises to minimise her double chin..and slim her face. it sounds funny but try forming your lips into a kiss position and then kiss upwards...stretching your lips toward your nose....you should feel like your jaw muscles are stretching out..slimming.
this may not make your face look longer..but it will tighten those muscles under your chin.
just dont go doing any of it out in public..b/c it looks like your trying to kiss your nose.

I don’t think an exercise works. However, a plastic surgery will do.

I don't think you can just work out your face....
It comes with working out the rest of your body.

Or plastic surgery...
