I typically agree with most of their cases... but I do think that our court systems have more pressing matters to deal with at this particular point in time. So I suppose I'm a bit torn on the matter.

I have to agree. They can't seem to be able to draw the line at anything. Yes freedom of speech is vital and should never be violated, but they do tend to go overboard and their extremes does them a disservice.

Sometimes they do. But mostly I agree with the work they do. Personally I think they should be doing more.

Although I am not an atheist, I feel as you do towards the ACLU.

The ACLU is made of highly educated, concerned citizens who could be making a lot more money doing other jobs. Instead, they devote their time to support people in this country who need it most.
