i know that you can get high from smoking it, but how high do you get and are there negative effects?

Some negative side effects from smoking catnip may be the following: It is a possibility you may start growing unusually long ears with a distinct point and shape to them. Instead of snoring at night, you may begin to start meowing, which is very disturbing to your partner. Another side affect is you will be extremely addicted to milk and almsot every form of fish. Seeing as fish is somewhat expensive these days, this may cause you to loose a good amount of money. If you have a dog, you may start considering giving him/her up for adoption or hissing at him if he growls at you. The most unpleasent side affect of all is usually the rapid growth of a bone in your buttocks that will soon start resembling a tail. Therefore, I would personally not advice you to attempt something such as this, but to simply be contempt by smoking regular cigars.

Any smoke - catnip, cigarette, rubber pile, leaves in the backyard, exhaust fumes - any of it is bad for your lungs.
I doubt you actually get high from smoking catnip. Perhaps catnip tea?
