My father is a baby who acts like a kid. He's a thirty nine year old man who thinks he's ten years old. He Babies my six year old brother. He lets him do anything he wants JUST to annoy me. I tell my brother t: "NO! Stop digging holes in the Yard
!" My Dad says, No now he can just because You said he can't." Oh my God my Dad is so in-mature!

He lets my little brother make a huge mess of the house, and my brother DOESN'T have to clean up ANYTHING! Nit even one toy, or thing he takes out. Everybody tells me I care to much about other people than myself. Well I wouldn't care if my whole house is a disaster. and that their are huge holes in the back yard! What do you think?

Have you asked your dad why he acts this way? I mean, to me it does sound immature. Do you and your dad get along? My ex used to annoy my son to the point of tears. It would aggravate me so much. He would do it because my son and I were close and that pissed him off. Try talking to dad. Tell him what you feel. As for your little brother...he knows right now he gets away with murder so he will continue to do so until he is put in his place...by DAD! Maybe you should try to stay out of the house more often. The less you see might be better for you. I wish I had better advice. It all pretty much lies in your dad's hands. He needs to change.

I agree that your dad is extremely immature. He has turned your brother into a monster. It's really kind of sad. Parenting is about teaching and nurturing. It's about helping your kids to be self reliant and responsible. He is teaching your brother the opposite and that will really mess him up. If he's not willing to hear your concerns and frustrations see if your mom will listen. It is not in your power to change him, but maybe someone else can encourage a change.

I say your very mature for your age and you don't want to live in a dirty messy house. Since this is your parents house and they don't care what he does then you shouldn't care. What I would do if I was you I would test them. Like don't say anything about your brother making messes and don't clean anything just try to ignore it and see what happens then. If they still let him then there isn't anything you can do until you get your place sorry sweetie

instead of telling your brother what not to do you should try giving him things to do. have him do something constructive that he will enjoy and that you can be proud of. as for your dad, well when he sees how strong the relationship between you and your brother is he will have no choice and your borther will pay more attention to you. you have to remember to be a positive role model not someone who is constantly keeping him from doing things.

good luck hope all goes well.

I think you are over reacting - you got away with murder as a 6 year old, you just don't remember it.

He is being a typical little kid. Your father is not doing anything JUST to annoy you.

I think you should stop trying to be your brothers mother and let your parents deal with him. Quit bossing your brother around youre not his mother.
