I know exactly how you feel! I was in the same situation like 5 weeks ago. I did tea boe every day for an hour for two weeks and no results at all! I even ate right too! My calorie intake was only 1200-1300! But now I'm like in thee 5th week of this diet and I lost 6 pounds. I know it isn't alot! But I learned it's better to lose weight slowly and keep it off than to lose weight fast and gain it back! I know you hate to hear this, but its going to take time!!! Try it for one month to three months. You won't see results now, but I believe in the second or third month, you'll lose weight and you'll feel better too!!
One time I did lose 9 pounds in like a week!! I didn't eat anything but like a zone bar, a green diet pill and water!! I worked out like crazy too!!! Then of course, I gained it all back and more within like one to two months!!! It's not worth it to me!!

It's possible you are not consuming enough calories. You should be consuming between 1,000 - 1,200 calories a day. If your body isn't getting enough fuel, your metabolism slows down and your body won't let go of any body fat because it thinks it needs all it can get. I agree with another poster - eat at least 6 small, healthy meals a day and make sure you drink lots of water. If you are doing the same exercises over and over, change your routine to jump-start your metabolism.
Good luck!

because you have to eat to lose and not do more than 60min cardio a day and have one day a week off for your body to relax.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Instead of watching the pounds lost, you should be watching the inches you are losing. When you start a new work out routine, you will be building up your muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. The only true way to see how well you are doing is to measure your inches. That will tell you your corect Body mass.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
