I'd say the prayer, but it's a close call.

The brick as I know they are hard to throw accurately. Prayers however, can kill people when acted upon.

Anything that causes harm/suffering is non-virtuous activity, however if someone chooses to throw a brick at me I hope they're ready to pay the legal consequences. Just because I'm Buddhist doesn't mean we toss common sense to file 13.
