If there is no trust then their really isn't a relationship. Even if you can justify it by saying it is only about small stuff. Because the little stuff can quickly become lies about big things.

Trust is a big important thing in a relationship because with out trust their is no love. If you can't trust the one you love then whats the point of being with them. Lies are never good to say because what happeneds when you lie is it just keepes getting bigger and bigger and at the end you just have this lie that is so big that the truth has to come out. I think that you shouldn't tell a lie, I don't think it matters how small it is. If you been in a relationship over a year that should be a bigger reson why you shouldn't lie.

Why lie if you've done nothing wrong or have nothing to hide? Lying implies both of the above. If you do both of the above then you are not trustworthy and, therefore, not good boyfriend material. How can you be trusted if you lie? Do you want to be lied to? Would you trust someone who lied to you over and over, no matter how small the lie? Lying becomes a habit and the lies get bigger and bigger to cover more and more "mistakes" that you continue to make because you think you can cover them up with your lies. People get pretty tired of that behavior pretty quick and kick you to the curb. Be honest with yourself, don't do things you have to lie about (grow up) to prove you are trustworthy. Don't get in the cycle of lying your way through life. It will negatively affect every area of your life, not just relationships.

Trust is very big and very important in a relationship! Without trust what kind of relationship would you have. It would be full of worries about what the other one is doing or going to lie about next. Little lies like telling them they look good even when they dont look that great is different. My grandma always told me would you trust your neighbor to come in your house when your not home if he took two bucks off of your table when you were home. I know I know it sounds corney but really think about it. It kinda makes sense right!

trust is very important in a relationship if there is no trust there is no relationship...and it matter if one lies that mean they are playing games and can't be true to you thats bad don't trust no one if they constantly lies....and as far as breaking up I think you should because there isn't no trust sometime when a person lie so much they have to continue to lie to cover the last lie. and if there is such thing as small lies its a lie regardless. and it don;t matter how l;ong you been in a relationship...

Well the idea is not to lie... but the occasional white lie shouldnt be a reason for a break up, dpending on what its on.

The time youve been in a relationship shouldnt relaly cahgne the situation, but if they trust you because youve been with eachother longer, then theyll be more devestated you lied.

Trust is one of the main things in a relationship. Lying to one another can ruin a relationship very fast. It doesnt matter how small the lie is. You always want to be 100% truthful to your partner. If you aren't you will regret it.

Yes.
Yes.
Shows disrespect at the most basic level. Do you think that person will suddenly become honest on the important things?
Which is easier, a break-up after one year or after a couple of kids? You gonna be richer and prettier then?

wow. If you are having these questions, whether they are towards you or someone else, the relationship is bound to fail. I would break it off.
