if the werewolf is in human form I think it
should be classed as non-beastility.
If the werewolf is in werewolf form, then
it would be beastility, it would be literally
impossible to have sex with a ravenous
werewolf whilst in werewolf form, it would
eat you and if it is constrained, it will break
it's constraints and eat you.
