I was looking at Etihad Airways career website, & I saw that they have vacancies for over 1200 employees left !
Anyway, I'm thinking of applying for it, but I'm not quite sure what Cabin crew really means .... You know ...
What do they do ? Is it ground base jobs or as an attendant up flying with the passengers to different places.

They are the flight attendants in the back working in the passenger cabin. Thus, they are cabin crew. Pilots are flight crew and then everyone working out on the ground obviously are the ground crew.

Cabin Crew are those that work on the plane with the passengers.
Ground Crew would be those that service the plane between trips.
Air crew probably refers to the actual officers on board: Captain, Co-pilot, Navigator, etc.
