Depends on the comp entitlement... for example PTSD you will have to get reevaluated every few months. A permaneant disability you keep basically forever.
Your comp is suspended (double dipping law) while on Active Duty or IDT... so yes, your comp is lost if you are called out of the IRR while you are on Active Duty.

It's easy, the VA will deduct the pay they give you for each day of active duty. If your disability is over 30% they should be MED Boarding you out. In theory the VA and Army use the same rating criteria so a 30% Disability could lead to a Disability Retirement if you push it.

You are periodically re-certified to see if their is any change in your disability which affects how much you receive. I believe, after 20 years of receiving disability payments, it can longer be lowered but can be raised. In other words, it's possible to draw disability payments until the day the die.
If you are called up out of IRR, you will lose your disability, or at least a portion of...but I think you lose it all but it can be resumed after your call up has ended, pending re-certification, of course.

Your VA disability is periodically re-certified. I would assume that a call up from IRR would end your disability but I am not sure why you would be called.

I have been on VA disability since 1993. It has not gone away.
I would suspect your disability to go away since you will be activated. When you do get discharged back to the VA, the disability will be activated again.

VA disability lasts for the duration of your life, unless you decide to go back to work then they cut them off, or give you a percentage considering how much you work.
