Moses died as did Mary the mother of Jesus.
The only two who did not die are Enoch and Elijah.
Genesis 5:
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch. 19 And after he became the father of Enoch, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 20 Altogether, Jared lived 962 years, and then he died.
21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 And after he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived 365 years. 24 Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.
Hebrews 11:5
By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.
Jude 1:14
Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men: "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones
2 Kings 2
Elijah Taken Up to Heaven
1 When the LORD was about to take Elijah up to heaven in a whirlwind, Elijah and Elisha were on their way from Gilgal. 2 Elijah said to Elisha, "Stay here; the LORD has sent me to Bethel."
But Elisha said, "As surely as the LORD lives and as you live, I will not leave you." So they went down to Bethel.
3 The company of the prophets at Bethel came out to Elisha and asked, "Do you know that the LORD is going to take your master from you today?"
"Yes, I know," Elisha replied, "but do not speak of it."
4 Then Elijah said to him, "Stay here, Elisha; the LORD has sent me to Jericho."
And he replied, "As surely as the LORD lives and as you live, I will not leave you." So they went to Jericho.
5 The company of the prophets at Jericho went up to Elisha and asked him, "Do you know that the LORD is going to take your master from you today?"
"Yes, I know," he replied, "but do not speak of it."
6 Then Elijah said to him, "Stay here; the LORD has sent me to the Jordan."
And he replied, "As surely as the LORD lives and as you live, I will not leave you." So the two of them walked on.
7 Fifty men of the company of the prophets went and stood at a distance, facing the place where Elijah and Elisha had stopped at the Jordan. 8 Elijah took his cloak, rolled it up and struck the water with it. The water divided to the right and to the left, and the two of them crossed over on dry ground.
9 When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, "Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?"
"Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit," Elisha replied.
10 "You have asked a difficult thing," Elijah said, "yet if you see me when I am taken from you, it will be yours—otherwise not."
11 As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. 12 Elisha saw this and cried out, "My father! My father! The chariots and horsemen of Israel!" And Elisha saw him no more. Then he took hold of his own clothes and tore them apart.
13 He picked up the cloak that had fallen from Elijah and went back and stood on the bank of the Jordan. 14 Then he took the cloak that had fallen from him and struck the water with it. "Where now is the LORD, the God of Elijah?" he asked. When he struck the water, it divided to the right and to the left, and he crossed over.
15 The company of the prophets from Jericho, who were watching, said, "The spirit of Elijah is resting on Elisha." And they went to meet him and bowed to the ground before him.

Moses did die.
It was only Enoch and Elijah that were raptured.
Another good point to ponder is that fact that the only person in the whole of the Bible who had Jesus' expressed oral permission to enter Heaven was one of the crimminals He was crucified next to.

Elijah was the only person in the Bible to be taken alive into Heaven. NOT
May I correct my incorrect answer. Something was bothering me about my answer, so I went home and got down the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance. Through a scripture search, I determined that Enoch was indeed "translated" to heaven without first seeing death on earth.
I sincerely apologize for my error and I will attempt to be more accurate in the future. Thanks, Loufedalis

Moses did die.............. The Bible says that the archangel Michael buried him.
It's Enoch and Elijah - and that's it.
EDIT: Elias is Greek for the Hebrew name Elijah. KJV used Elias.......

There's only one figure in the bible who didn't die...I can't remember the name but he's a roman who has been cursed to walk the earth until the end of days. You mean die in the literal since of no longer in the body, heart stopped/brain dead, right?

No one. I don't believe that. Enoch showed up somewhere else in the Bible and even Jesus died. It says that no one can get to heven unless they put off the body.

No one. According to the Bible.
Moses died not seeing the promise land?
Enoch died as recorded in Genesis.
Only Jesus who sits at the right hand of God and will come again at the end times.
