I would not opt for Spanish as you understand English and it would not undertaking you very so much. Between the opposite 2, I'd select Arabic, as there are extra Arabic audio system unfold around the globe. And it is a cool language with a few nice literature that has been extensively lost sight of in different areas because it does not regularly translate brilliantly (not like Russian).

Portuguese. What gives it away? The word "Informação" at the bottom. Spanish doesn't that tilde symbol, ~, over its letters (ã).
