My coworker gave me a bag of mixed fresh herbs. Only two of them I reconize. Is there a website I can go to with pictures so I know what I'm eating. Some of it just looks like grass lol There's no question I trust him, so I know he wouldn't actually be giving me grass or anything dangerous. :) Thanks

Try grouping the items you dont know into like piles.

Place them on paper towels and you can microwave dehydrate at 20 second intervals and store them for later.

You can take your dried herbs to work pass it back to the coworker that gave it to you. They may be surprised that you made the dehydrated form in your microwave and you can then ask what the heck it is.

well, if he gave you a big bag of mixed fresh herbs, there's really no point in separating them now. They've all intermingled and are going to taste and smell like each other.

Edit: Can anybody say "Anger Management"

also try a yahoo image search for some of the herbs and see if they match... sage, thyme, parsley, mint, spearmint, chives, rosemary, catnip, chamomille, dill....
