lost my book that went with it so was hoping someone could shed some loght on how long i should cook swordfish steaks on my george foreman!!

love it my self,just till the juice start to stop ruining out as you don't want to eat it to dry and then just be fore its done to your taste spray a little lemon on you will love it hope this will help you Lola.

All the previous answers are good.... This will give you a better idea of about how long that will take on the GF grill.

I just had a GF grilled steak today. Was AWESOME!!! About a 1" thick strip steak rubbed with fresh pressed garlic and seasoned with seasoned salt and pepper. A little cooking spray on the plates for better browning. Perfect medium in about 6 minutes.

Some people flip the food on a GF to try and brown the top better. I just put the good side of the meat face-down on the grill and flip to serve. The food always looks and tastes fantastic that way.

you can cook thicker fillets of fish as you would a steak. rare, med rare, well etc
i like mine with a lil softness in the center... so i make mine med well. you can cook it all the way thru till white, tends to flake easily

I think all fish is cooked when the flesh turns completely white.
