Many Christians get upset when non-Christians celebrate Easter or Christmas. However, I want to know about Halloween. Do Pagans who celebrate the true Halloween (Samhein) get upset when someone who is a non-Pagan make a mockery of what is really a high holy day for them? Do Christians that celebrate Halloween have no problem that it actually is a Pagan holiday?

I'm well aware that Christmas is based on the date of Yule and Easter on Eoster. However, I get tired of my fellow Christians saying they are angry that someone is celebrating the day that the Savior was "born" when they will go out and celebrate Halloween without any regard that it is really a High day for another religion. It seems really odd to me.

I have a small problem with the people who turn my own holidays into something meaningless and commercial. Don't get me wrong I don't have a problem with Halloween candy, but it seems my new year has been a bit altered and raped of its original meaning.
PS Easter and Christmas aren't actually Christian either, they're just sort of copies or Eostara and Yule, which are, like Samhain, Pagan holidays

Christians get upset when non-Christians celebrate Easter or Christmas? That must be happening in a different part of the world than the one I live in. I've known plenty of non-Christians who have come to Easter services. Anyway, Easter, Christmas and All Hallows (Halloween, Samhain) have dates that correspond with earlier Pagan festivals. It's not exactly a mystery, and in fact, I learned that in my own church's religious school. Most scholars agree that Jesus was not born at Christmas time in December, for instance. My church celebrates Halloween as well as Christmas, Easter, Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras) and other holidays. However, the holidays have come to mean something radically different for Christians than for Pagans. There's no reason that we can't celebrate our various holidays in peace. We don't fight with Jews because they choose to celebrate Passover or Hanukkah, so why quibble if a Pagan celebrates Yule while we choose to celebrate Christmas?

Nope, because we Pagans realize that each and every person needs to follow his/her path. That includes mixing and matching religious beliefs. Only Christians freak out when someone is "Christian-Wiccan". Furthermore, why get upset when all our other Pagan religions have been taken, twisted, and converted to fit Christianity? (Christmas, Easter, May day, etc!) These holidays are Pagan at the source (fact is, many different Pagans celebrated Christian holidays way before they were Christian), but early Christians converted these holidays into Christian holidays simply because the folk they converted would not stop celebrating them. So the Priest just changed the name and the reasoning behind it making it Christian in name (not in practice) so that it was more acceptable.

In the Christian calender Halloween is actually a holiday, it's a day to remember those that has passed, it's All Saints Day.
Also, Christians encouraged people to celebrate Christmas and Easter but they get upset when it becomes all about Santa Claus and the Easter bunny.

Many Christians have no idea that Halloween is Pagan holiday.
The Church plopped All Saints' Day on top of Samhein to try and stop the celebration. Instead the two became intertwined.

I have been a Christian for 2 years and we no longer celebrate halloween. Our church has a "Harvest Fest" with carnival type booths and a hayride. They hand out candy to the kids. After researching halloween, I didn't want my family to be a part of it. They are still able to have fun without going against our beliefs.

Christmas and Easter, in true reality, are NOT holy days. They are man-made holidays that corporate America has taken advantage of.
