someone has played a nasty joke on you.
They probably told you the joke in front of some friends, (a joke that makes no sense), who all pretended to laugh.
If you laughed, you would reveal yourself as a spineless people pleaser. If you didn't laugh .... a person of integrity unaffected by peer pressure
And if there really is a punch line.... then I'm an idiot .

lol it talking about a dj. how they "scratch disks" to make them skit. like if you ever heard rap or techno they do that. and he is saying that he has a radio of his own b/c in some music the dj will "scratch" the disk. does that help you?
