Actual spirituality means beyond the Illusory energy (Maya) and connecting with the Absolute Truth also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu,etc. Understanding true spiritual teachings means understanding we are not this material body, IE race, color, nationality, religion, mind, intellect, job, etc. We are eternal spirit souls part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, named above. We have to reconnect with our Creator to actually be on the spiritual platform. Spiritual doesn't''t mean to see ghosts or see subtle beings. It is much higher than that. Ghosts are on the subtle material plane and not realizing their true spiritual selves. To me being spiritual is many things. Above all i believe it to be a strong and honest sense of self reflection. Also it is the sense of constant wonder regarding the world around you. I think spirituality is more are a journey than a destination it is the search for universal truths and trends and understanding why we are the way we are. I think there is spirituality is science, religion, education and observing. The best way i can describe it is to make "why?" a way of life

Being at one with yourself, everyone and everything.
The feeling of floating while sitting,
The feeling of weight when there is nothing there.
The feeling of rain when it is sunny.
The feeling of wind when all is still.
Looking at a child smiling with tears coming down the face.
To see a new born but to look so old.
To see the elderly who are like a child.
Life is for the living but the spirit still live on, in us around us and where ever we are.
