I'm really shy, and when I do like a guy, or i'm interested in them, they can never tell! I'm not very flirty, usually when I do like someone i just try to talk to them and kinda do the eye thing. But it doesn't seem to be getting the point across! I need help!

If he's also shy you don't want to make it too "publicly obvious" because it could backfire on you. The advice in the above answer is also bad because you'll send the message that you're just a booty call and the guy will be on you like a t-shirt before you know what hit you.
Guys are sometimes boneheaded & clueless but one thing for sure, if a girl *THAT HE LIKES likes him too, she only has to give him a little eye contact that says, "can we talk". But don't, please don't over do it by flirting and stuff. That's so not a cool way to come on to a guy that you're not sure is into you.

i'll tell you a secret. guys like me are idiots. we hardly ever pick up the subtle things. we get more of the upfront things. my advice to you is try to be a little more direct with your intentions. if they're not into you move on, someone will. the biggest eye openers for guys is telling them, 'hey i like you'.

Compliment him in some way. The best compliment is implied. For example you could say, "I'm surprised a guy like you doesn't have a girlfriend."

okay don't flirt & touch him as much as possible,okay thats just skanky.
First you need to be a friend to him,be there for him always & then maybe go somewhere romantic & just talk about life.
tell him intresting things about yourself & he'll fall for you.
who knows maybe he might kiss you if it's right.

i would say try sitting really close to him maybe put your hand on his knee and maybe try and hold hands with him or ask him questions like what do you think to see if he'll say anything about liking you back
