I had a recipe a LOOOONG time ago and lost it. It had tequila infused with hot peppers and mixed with juices. It was AWESOME! Icy cold and fiery hot at the same time. Anyone else have a recipe they like that is similar? Any drink that has a spicy booze like absolute pepppar or whatever is fine with me! Grazie!

I think I know the drink you are talking about. It's called a Jalapeno Colada...

4 ice cubes
1/4 cup Jamaican rum
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
1 slice pineapple (optional)

Combine all ingredients except pineapple slice in a blender container and blend until frothy. Serve in a stemmed glass or a tall, thin glass. Garnish with pineapple, if desired.

This was the only recipe I could find online, but the variation I have made had jalapenos and their juices, which can probably be easily substituted for the Tabasco sauce. Good luck!!

Hi !!!
Here you go...ENJOY & CHEERS!!!

'57 T-Bird Martini

2 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons Goldschlager or other cinnamon-flavored schnapps liqueur
1 tablespoon cherry syrup
1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
Ice

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass.

Makes 1 serving.

--------AND...

Fire God Frozen Margarita

1.5 cups Fire God Tequila or the chiltepin tequila, above
8 fresh limes, or enough to make ½ cup juice
Margarita salt
1/3 cup Triple Sec
Crushed ice

Prepare 4 long-stemmed goblets by rubbing the rims with a piece of lime section. Dip the goblet rims in the margarita salt and then place the goblets in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Juice the limes and then place the lime juice, tequila, and triple sec in a blender. Add the crushed ice until the blender is half-full and then process. Taste the result and adjust the flavors by adding more triple sec to make it sweeter, more lime juice to make it more tart, more tequila to increase the heat level, or more ice to decrease the heat level. Pour into the frosted goblets and garnish with a slice of lime.

Variation: For a milder margarita with the flavor of jalapeños but not the heat, substitute New Mexico Jalapeño Wine for the fiery tequila.

Serves: 4

Heat Scale: 3

Ok this is something I saw in a winery in Texas. Using a double shot glass they added Sweet and Hot brand jalapeños, probably about 4 slices. Then poured a sweet wine over them, like a pinot grigo or even a reisling. Then served them as shots after letting them sit for a bit. I guess the juices had to mix for a bit. I tried one and it was really good. Additionally you can eat the japs that are left after you take the shot if you are tough enough.
