Do you really think a judge would make you register as a sex offender for streaking???

But Ok......let's say that you streak, but you are not completely naked??????

The definition of sex offenders covers everything from streaking to child molestation.

Streaking is taken very seriously.

Even if one is partly clothed, one can still be arrested at the most.

Also, look at the future, one would have a very hard time finding a job because who wants to hire someone who has streaked at a sporting event? This would be on one's record.

permanent ban from the venue ( want to explain to your grandkids 30 years from now why you cant go see the monster truck show??? )
possible permanent ban from other events in your community depending how big your community is.
public Indecency and/or public nudity.. charges which.. especially if children are at the event could have you thrown in jail for quite some time and labeled as such that you may be put on a sex offenders list... usually first time results in a misdemeanor and you dont get much at all... but that is always entirely up to the prosecutor in most states.

Yeah, people don't think streaking is so funny anymore. And one mistake like that these days will ruin your life. Try adopting a kid as a registered sex offender.

At a bare minimum they can charge you with multiple counts of indecent exposure. It can also be public indecency, lewd and lascivious acts, any of several different morals charges. Even if you are wearing socks, it doesn't count as not being naked.

Right off hand I can think of 3 offenses:

Trespassing, Indecent Exposure, and possibly Resisting Arrest.

If you are not naked, it ain't streaking.

But it is still indecent exposure.

It might be fun, but it ain't worth the trouble you can get into.
