I don't know why but I keep losing weight without trying to. What can I do to gain weight?

it depends how old you Are ! if You are younger than 18 then do not worried about it ! even some at The age of 20 will Loose weight randomly ! 165lbs one week 159lbs the next ! Mussel milk has been the best way i now to gain mussel mass rather than a protein drink that just loads your system with fat calories unless you work out ! the milk will target your mussels and not only will you gain weight while working out ! you will look your best ever ! ! but if you are younger T han 18 I DO NOT SUGGEST IT AT ALL!!!!!! good luck !

and do not switch to eating bad foods it is not healthy at all !
