does any one have a good recipe thats easy to make and i can grill it on the bbq grill....and stuff that i can find at home....and no bbq sauce i dont like it thanx!!!

If you like hot sauce, place chicken in a large Ziploc bag and add hot sauce and any dry spices that you like. For example: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, etc. Anything that you like and let it marinade in the bag for as long as you can. Tried this with bone-in wings that I was going to bake, but I'm sure it would work just as well on the grill.

Marinate in hot sauce, I use a combination of cheap regular hot sauce, tabasco, and habenero (or wing sauce)sprinkle with cajun seasoning and red pepper grill, when turning over same seasonings on that side brown the seasoning serve.

we like this one!! Southwest hen hen breasts(duh) a million can of yellow corn a million can diced tomatoes a million can of black beans (rinsed nicely) a million small onion diced a million teaspoon cumin ( extra or much less reckoning on your tastes) a million/2 teaspoon chili powder (returned, on your tastes) mixture all factors in a bowl and pour over hen breasts. conceal and bake at 350 levels for an hour. Serve over rice you additionally can prepare dinner this in a roasting bag! No mess!! wish this facilitates!!
