if there is a costco nearby, they have big bags of it there now :)

There's a place in Iowa Falls (can't remember the name) but it's a candy shop and they do taffy. Otherwise grab it up at the Iowa State Fair. There's plenty there.

The State Fair in August is your best bet. They have a booth where they make the taffy right in front of you. It is awesome!
