An ISO image is a file that can be burnt on to a CD or DVD depending on the size. This option is available in most burning applications such as Roxio and Nero where it will automatically identify such a file and go through a wizard. However, if you do not wish to burn it as suggested you can use MagicISO and WinRAR from previous posts. If you wish to extract the files you can also use ISO buster that supports many other similar formats to ISO and can extract the boot sector from bootable CD/DVDs as well.

There are three things you can do with an ISO.
1. Burn it to a disk. Most disk-burning programs can handle an ISO file. Its an 'image' of a disk so it will be easy to burn.
2. You can unpack it with WinRAR. WinRAR is shareware and you probably already have it.
3. You can use a program like Daemon Tools (freeware) to 'mount' the ISO and then you open it exactly as if it was on a disk.

well there is 2 ways
1) burn the the iso(CD/DVD image file) on to CD/DVD disk
there is a million of programs that can do that(including few that are named above)
2) If you can't burn download a program called WinRar (rarlabs.com) It let you open and create different arhives like winrar, zip. But another thing it can do is open an iso file and extract the content of it.
