I love Pepsi, and have since I was a little boy. When I was five, the best thing in the world was a sip of mom's Pepsi. I drink it first thing in the morning like other people drink coffee. I drink it all day long. I'm drinking one now!
But the earlier posters are right... the only benefits are the caffine-based energy boost and the delightful, wonderful, Coke-stompingly good taste. Otherwise, it's bad for your teeth, bad for your waistline and bad for your stomach lining. Constant caffine use is also not good for your heart.
That said, I doubt I'll ever give it up. Pepsi rules!

Well, if you are thin and want to gain weight, keeping drinking it and you'll gain weight. I used to drink gallons of the stuff (diet Pepsi) and stopped drinking it cold turkey. I lost 40 lbs. Been Pepsi-free since 1998.

I can't recall, even after thinking for 10 minutes, sure many x100 side effects. Some very fatal. If I list them, I bet you won't ask this question next time.
