Serve small red potatoes with a little butter and parsley, green beans, and a light salad of mixed spring greens, dried cranberries and slivered almonds with a raspberry vinagrette dressing. Be sure to make the individual yorkshire puddings with your roast....they are the best.

The general rule of thumb is a pound per person.. so a 10 lb roast would do the trick. The recipe is all up to you-- it just depends on what you like. The only advice I can give is to not overcook it! It's difficult when you're cooking for a crowd and have so many other dishes to prepare at the same time. Just be careful and follow whatever recipe you choose.

A baked potato, green beans or some veggie and a salad.
