I use lowfat plain yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice and some fresh herbs like tyme or parsley, a touch of salt and pepper.

It might not sound good, but it is delicious and lowfat. It has the same texture as mayo as well as a little tang, like mayo.

Mayo now comes in light and low fat, which is much healthier and has way fewer calories and fat percentage. They sell it in most grocery stores (:

for sandwiches, you could try Miracle Whip. My boyfriend, his son and i prefer Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, though. I think both come in low-fat or fat-free varieties.

i'm sure Miracle Whip can be used in coleslaw too.

I actual have a delicious low calorie and healthy breakfast that i like to eat! So counting on your length you're able to have 2 or 3 egg whites! (no longer the yolkes in simple terms the white!) scramble it with some onions and any vegetables you like- possibly some healthy mushrooms eco-friendly peppers, etc. I often in simple terms make it with onions because of the fact it transforms the flavour off the undeniable egg whites and it does not take lots time. i like to function in basic terms some black pepper or spices to it- NO SALT. you could eat this with a pair products of fruit or one piece of fruit and a a million/2 of an complete grain english muffin (in case you place the eggs on perfect it tastes soooo reliable!) additionally, be confident you employ healthy oil to fry the eggs- and slightly volume because of the fact oil is fattening. (Olive oil or canola oil is robust.) The egg whites are in basic terms approximately 17 energy each for a extensive egg, so very low in energy and severe in protein. reliable success! :)
