if u'r cabinets r wood... there is NO quick n EASY way.. trust me... i've done mine.

If u want them to look professional & great.. then u have to sand them down til there is no varnish left on them. THEN u can re-stain them AFTER u clean off all the sand dust then u can varnish then wet sand inbetween several coats.

if u want 2 jst paint them... then use KILZ spray... then paint them.

I re-stained mine w/ the molding a pecan & left the oak natural & varnished it. It came out really good & the grains really showed thru better than what the manufacture had done.

There is no quick and easy way. I am familiar with a local contractor who charges $5,000 to $10,000 depending on the job size and difficulty.

Gel stain might be quick and easy. It won't drip like paint-on kind will.
