1. STOP drinking beer
2. Sit-ups EVERY day (actually twice: try to get to 150/day with in the first 2.5 weeks)
3. STOP drinking beer
4. Do something cardio 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes.
5. NO drinking beer!

It's gonna be hard, no drinking beer. OK if you slip just make sure you work it out.
Then you have to build the belts in your stomach area....once you do this ....BACK TO BEER lol.
try 3 reps of each....20 times, 3 times a week..left obiques that means right hand behind head and push forward to your left bent knee.......do the opposite, then just do forward crunches......after 3 weeks do 40 each........5 weeks 60 each....you may feel like you could vomit....(which is a good sign) but keep it up...once you build your belts you never really have to worry, if you don't tighten those belts you will have a stomach, because there is nothing there to stop it from poking out. You will also find that the more you eat the more your stomach, miraculously, will go in and not out....Wild I know but it's true. You can be a skinny pig....imagine that LOL LOL

Dead seriously, start running three to five times a week. Do sit ups and other excercises that concentrate the stomach muscles every other day. Doing sit ups alone will not work. You will have good abs but you'll never see them because the gut will still be covering them up. Cardio is the best way to shed weight. Stair master, elyptical machine and running will get you where you want to be.

obviously no beer (has alot of calories) dont eat alot of junk food, healthy stuff, do alot of sit ups and crunches, work out atleast 3 times a week it will start going away. however i have no help with your having to take in your pants. not my department.

Drink alot of water and jog 2 miles a day... sounds hard.. but you get used to get very quickly.
