cheese stick? a ton of ritz? peanut butter?

The yogurt is health and the pear too. But cheese stick? Is it homemade? coz if it is not ou really don't know what is in it... there could be too much dairy and salt in it... also the ritz... those crackers have high content of carbs, fat and salt. About the peanutbutter... No matter how natural it is, still it is filled with fat and some sugars unecessary to your diet.

try to have tuna sandwich with salad on the side or tofu... also if you're really into peanut butter do it not more than twice per week.

Peanut butter isn't so bad as long as it's not made with hydrogenated oils to keep it from separating. I would shy away from the ton of Ritz Crackers, and settle for just a few of them, though.

Everything but the ton of crackers is good for you.

It is best to limit the carbs.

Try to moderate your peanut butter intake, as it is rather high in calories.

You will most likely maintain on that diet, but not lose anything.

I heard peanut butter, although good for you, and it's what you could eat all by itself if you were starving, that you'd still get the energy you need, but it's full of calories.

If you're eating 3 times a day then your total caloric intake for the entire day to just sustain should be 1300. If you want to lose weight you can cut it to 1200 and exercise, or go on a day or two of fasting (fasting means not eating for 12 hours, so don't overdo that). Slow down on your intake of liquids.

The "TON of ritz crackers" bothers me, but otherwise, sounds good.

Start walking more... you'll be able to lose ormaintain

add up the calories and see. my instinct is that it is a ton of calories for the amount of space it is taking up in your stomach.
the crackers especially are prob not good. try substituting carrot chips for the crackers, you get a nice crunch and it is way better for you.

The crackers are not that good for you. Try not to eat so many of them next time. But everything else sounds cool.
