That stunt is a Scorpion. Exercises that will help are splits, backbends, and normal stretches.

The easiest way I found to practice it is to sit in a split position and practice bending backwards. This will stretch your back to achieve that position.

When you are up in the build, you bend your body forward and stick the "up" leg out and bend towards one another until you are holding your foot in your hand. Pulling your head back toward your leg will help further the position as well.

Hope this helps!
Good luck!

Back bends and splits are good. Can you pull your leg up behind you like this in a front split? http://www.yoga-vidya.de/Asana_Uebungsplaene/Anjaneyasana.html#Rueckspagat

Try the stretches on the website below as well.

You could do yoga, or any stretch-type workout. In Namaste yoga, the royal dancer is similar to the scorpion (in cheer leading). Just work on flexibility.

It is called a scorpian and you should put one leg behind your other leg. raise the one you put behind oyour other leg and stretch it out on the wall while curving your back. You are going to be a flyer?

im guessing you're a flyer.

it helps if you're like laying forward on the wall, and someone is behind you holding your leg up, stretching it forwards [towards the wall]
