I have a co worker who is CONSTANTLY back stabbing me and everyone else at work. She talks nice and sweet to your face, but as soon as you begin to trust her, she starts talking #h*t behind your back. I cant "tell" on her, because she is the boss's BFF. What should I do?

UGH! Every single company, big, small, medium, whatever has someone who fits this description. Under the circumstances you have put forth here, there aren't a ton of options but it helps to be aware of them. Talk to her only as much as you have to for work-related purposes, do not go out of your way to get close nor confide in this individual. Should you ever leave the company for any reason, of course you can have your day in the sun and let her feel your wrath. But the key here is that it is much harder to stab someone in the back if you have eyes in the back of your head.

Trip her. no don't do that Ignore her tell her you want nothing to do with her. and eventually when everyone sees how good you are at Ignoring her they will start to then when the Boss finds out she can't work well with other people she may move her.

Ignore her...casual conversation is ok but don't give her anything.
Never tell someone at work ANYTHING you wouldn't want on the headline of the newspaper.
You work to live, not live to work...your real friends are not your co-workers (in most settings) and when you confuse this boundry you can get hurt.

The only words I would have for her are Hello and goodbye. But be nice and pleasant. I wouldn't spend any time talking to her or about her.

If the boss is truely her BFF than she has to know that she is a backstabber. Be polite but dont extend your friendship to her.
