I line up chicken wings on a piece of aluminum foil (long enough to cover them later) in a pan with sides. I brush them with salted butter all over and then dunk them in Louisiana Pure Crystal Hotsauce. I neer noticed this hotsauce until I came to FL, so I don't know if it's distributed only in the south ornot. I bake it like usual 325 for 30-45 minutes (depends on how red you like the meat. Test one. The last few minutes you can cover the wings to cook all the way thru. I know it's not proper but you can add milk to the mixture to make it jucier. Then serve with a dunking dish of crystal hotsauce and roequefert or blue cheese salad dressing. This dish is always messy (but fun to eat fingerfood) so break out the scott towels.

fried chicken wings and thighs, then once done frying, put on buffalo wing sauce:

melt butter in a bowl, add hot sauce, and then squeeze a little bit of lemon juice, and mix all together. you can either do it in the microwave or on the stove. make sure the sauce is heated, so it want be cold on the wings.
its delicious!!
