Do not brush your hair while it is wet. Hair is the most prone to stretching and breaking while it is wet.
After you shampoo, apply conditioner & then gently comb out your hair with a wide tooth comb before your rinse out the conditioner. Run water through your hair gently - don't swirl it & twist it. Then gently gather sections to squeeze out the water.
Use a super absorbent microfiber towel to press the remaining moisture in your hair after you get out of the shower. Spray on a leave in conditioner & comb out your hair again w/ a wide tooth comb if necessary. Start at the bottom & work your way upwards to remove any tangles.
The microfiber towel is more absorbent than a conventional terry cloth towel so it will help your hair air dry faster. It will also reduce the time needed to blow dry your hair.
Only brush your hair while it is dry & use brushes w/ smooth tipped bristles that are widely spaced to avoid tearing your hair.

i was gunna say trims but from what u said with how that doesnt help..that could get expensive...are u using a straightener? thats where my split ends came from cuz my hair was breaking off from all the damage i was doin to it. my best suggestion is to use the aussie leave 2in1 conditioner plus heat protectant. use all heat appliences on the lowest setting u can..it might take longer but its totally worth it. i used to use my straightener on the 20 setting (high as it could go) and yeah i could straighten my hair in 10 minutes but it was fried and dead!! i now use a ceramic straightener, i put it on 130 degrees (it goes up to 190) and use the aussie 2in1 stuff. sure it takes me over half an hour to straighten my hair but its SO healthy, shiny and split end free!! also use a hair mask or a hot oil treatment whenever possible. if its STILL breaking off talk to ur stylist and see what she thinks.
another thought...take prenatal vitmains...they make hair super strong and stimulates growth!! good luck

instead of relying on products to help your hair, it may be brittle because you aren't getting enough vitamin E. Vitamin E helps your skin, hair and nails stay strong and healthy. Take a women's multivitamin and give it a while to work. Your hair is all brittle now all the way down to your roots and as soon as you take a multi vitamin, the hair will start to get strong but only at the roots where it grows out. So however long your hair is, is how long you're going to have to trim that hair before you trim it down to the healthy part. Could take a year depending on how long it is and how fast it grows.

What you're doing is just fine. I have the same problem. It's a mosture thing. Some hairs drink up mosture really quick and it's the ends that suffer the most. So now I have to go to the hairdresser every other week to get protein treatments. Also, my hairdresser told me to keep wrapping my hair every night that helps it too. Good luck to ya and i'll be ok.

What you do is you tell the hair salonist about your split ends and how they come up all the time. Then see what they can do about it. Normally they will shampoo condition then rinse repeat then cut it then put this salon use only oil in it and it will prevent your hair from having split ends for the rest of your life.
It worked on me and now beautiful non split ends in my hair!
I love it!!! You should tell them about the split end problems!! I don't think they use it in salons anymore but they might use it in this case!! They'll recomend it if you need it!

Try not to blow dry your hair, or curl it, always apply more conditioner to the ends. Hot oil treatments dont work so my hairdresser said and she said to at least use like a conditioner mask on your hair once a week. And try not to wash it every day if you can.

a good way to get rid of split ends or to prevent them especially if you streighten your hair a lot is to wash your hair with salt once a month. it seems weird but its the best way to make your hair grow again and save it from damage. the salt also works well for your scalp so it selps prevent your hair and scalp from drying out.

there is loads of issues you're able to do, yet no rely what it is going to take time to repair the wear your hair already has already accumulated. i might use a reliable conditioner (shockingly i like Head & Shoulders mushy and Silky, in case you have the money to spend i want to recommend Biolage deep conditioning balm), additionally it helps in case you leave it on for an prolonged time( a minimum of four-5 minutes) interior the bathe each TIME you wash your hair. this might boost capability and moisture, additionally purchase a ceramic straightener. be careful although, maximum straighteners that look ceramic would possibly no longer actual be ceramic, so i might do slightly analyze. in case you straighten your hair very generally, i might positioned money right into a Chi straightener, you may get them on sale at shops like commerce secrets and techniques for like a hundred thirty money. Its lots even if it relatively is a robust investment. I straighten my hair daily and that i've got been given one and its helped my hair a lot and everybody that makes use of it says it works lots greater effective than theirs. i've got heard warmth protectant sprays help yet i in my view do no longer use them because of the fact they have an inclination to have a hairspray like effect on the feel of my hair. additionally! leave in conditioners are super, i like Infusium or Aussi sort, in simple terms be careful to no longer use too lots in any different case your hair will finally end up finding greasy and getting greasy swifter than familiar. finally, get your hair trimmed exceedingly generally to do away with the chop up ends. those are the flaws I do to maintain my hair healthy and that i'm getting loads of compliments on the wellness and shine of my hair, it relatively is almost ordinary yet regardless of. reliable success!!
