Actually, I have a relative who is a general manager for Lexus. The best times to buy Lexuses are August and Christmas. This seems to be when the company has the most favorable factory incentives.

The best time to buy new is about the time the next year's models come out, or even a bit after if the dealers still have some. they are more likely to sell at or near their cost then cuz the interest is in the newer models. As for where or how much, sorry I cant answer that part but no answer is better than a wrong one.
