No, because it's not private property.

Tesco car park is private property. It belongs to the company so they are the ones who set the rules for who may or may not drive on it. You will be committing trespass and may be prosecuted.

You will find a sign in every car park stating it is for the use of customers only. Therefore, unless you are a customer then you cannot use their car parks whether you are licenced or not.

You will not be insured to drive any car unless you have a licence (not license, that's the US spelling). An insurance company will not cover you so don't take the chance.

If you do drive in Tesco car park and then hit something you will certainly be liable to be prosecuted and the penalties for uninsured driving can be very severe. Also, you will have to pay for the damage from your own pocket.

To start with, you cannot drive a car without provisional licence or full licence and you definetely need insurance in any licence you hold otherwise its like a criminal offence. So do not break the rules which our government has setted up. Even when you have provisional licence, you need someone sitting next to you who holds a full driving licence and he/she should be 21 years old or over. And you cant drive in tesco car park as its the tesco company's car park so they would not like it if you do that.

hope this helps.

no you cannot unless you have a full licence and insurance.

If you have a provisional licence and have someone sitting with you that is over the age of 21 and have held thier licence for more than 3 yrs... and you have to be insured either on your car or who evers car you are driving.

If you get caught you will get a IN10 (driving without insurance)& LC20(driving without a licence ) , you would have so many points you licence, it would be taken away from you before you even get it

Its not worth it please dont do it, i work for an insurance company and too many people get conufused with it and have been banned for 12months and get a massive fine.

I think you'll find you can only legally drive on your own private land but no one's gonna know whether you have a licence or not. If you're that bothered just stick some L plates on the car and no one will question why you are driving round a car park! They'll think you're practising!

If you were to bump into a car and it was your fault, who would pay if you don't have insurance, you can only drive on private land.i.e farm land.

no because its still a public road, is there not an old airfield near you where you can learn to drive and practice ( with someone who does have a car, licence and insurance)

no you cannot as if you hit a car or person you will be personally liable for the damage to any vehicle, property or person plus if you did have an accident you could very probably forget about getting a licence. maclaren.

no, although it is private land because the public are still allowed unfettered access to it it is considered in the same way as a public highway with regard to licence, insurance, liability etc etc
